Coylian
((taking for granted that they told me about the previous night))
As I feel the power of the cleric heal my wounds I make a big smile, jump out of bed and give Arom a big hug. Thank you my friend, I really thought I wouldn't make it. Wipping away a tear I look at the other companions You guys came back for me, I am honored to have you as friends. sitting on the bed to catch my breath, I listen to last night tale.
An Orc, a Barbarian, a magic shield... you guys were busy eh I say lets take them both, we need the help. As for the shield that could be useful...well the money too. I'll let you guys decide

Arom
Companions, if you don't mind, I will buy it and try it. We are 4. that means 50 gp each. I cannot afford to pay you the whole amount but I will pay you each 20 gp right away. When I can afford it, I will pay you the amount that I owe you. I may sell it later on. If I do and succeed in getting a better price if we know what enchantments were cast, I will share with you whatever extra money I make. What do you say? You get at least the same amount of money and maybe extra gp if i decide to sell it.

(( OK, in order to get back to the action as quickly as possible: - Do you agree to Arom's offer about the shield?
- What is your next objective? Do you want to investigate the mad hermit in the forest north of the Keep? Or go and explore the Caves of Chaos? Something else?
- Who do you take as a companion for your next adventure? Wergrim, Xorag, both? There was also another fellow at the tavern which you didn't interview (check the post where the tavernkeep answers Varick's questions).
- Any purchase, inquiries you want to do at the Keep before leaving?
))

Lombdas
No problem Arom. May the shield protect you well.
((Assuming that we are outside and it's early morning))
Lifting his head up and looking at the blue sky, Lomdas takes a deep breath. OK, what is our next objective? Do we want to investigate the mad hermit in the forest north of the Keep? Or do we go and explore the Caves of Chaos? Something else? ;D

Arom
What about you Varick? Can I buy the shield?
As for the next adventure, I'd go for the mad hermit. I would hire Wergrim. And, as a cleric, I'm not crazy about Xorag. Maybe he'll be more agreeable once he gets to know us but, for the time being, unless you all want him to join our group, I'd say No to Xorag.
I need to buy more rations
((I haven't deducted any money for the room and food. I'll do it within a day))

Varick
Arom, if the shield can be of any use to you, I'de rather you have it than someone else. You can pay me whenever you can. And I fully agree with you about Xorag. He acted as if he wanted nothing to do with us, and then he changed his tune and made it sound as if he was doing us a favor if he joined our group. We don't need that kind of scum. Let's hire Wergrim and find that hermit. Then, when we all know what we are doing, we can go clear the caves.

Coylian
the barbarian it is then and lets go find that mad hermit. After we have to go clear those caves... I know that there is a lot of loot there, there is even rumors of powerful magic armors. I just need to buy some equipment and rations then I'm ready to go[/color]

((Now I just need to know what you buy before leaving, when you plan on leaving, what happens with Xorag/Xerses and I can close this thread. Are you waiting for the next day so Coylian can receive another CLW? If you go back to bed quickly I'll even let you have the 1d3 hp per day of rest. The others can shop for you or you can quickly shop the following morning.))

((Safer to rest and recuperate for one more day. We do the shopping and leave in the morning. Let's see how Xorag is today))
