Mordecai, as you inspect the statue you discover that the fire in the bowl burns mysteriously without any source of fuel. You try to poke it, twists its arms, head and horns. There is one thing though that you are uneasy about; the idol's black eyes, dark as the void.

The rest of the group rejoin Elddyn and Mordecai as the latter is inspecting the stone idol.

If the eyes are empty, Mordecai pokes the back of the eye sockets with his dagger. If not, he will use said dagger to wedge out any gems or stones that might be taking the place of the eyes.

Graveshroud looks at the statue and feels uneasy...
Mordecai, you should not unsettle the God. Seth is God of all Gods, but even a lower God can smite you for what you are doing. Leave the eyes.
Graveshroud looks around the statue and examines the entire area very carefully.
I hope we see snakes, it would bode well.

Well... alright. If it makes you feel better, i'll leave the eyes.
He jumps down and walks towards the group. He then proceeds to very slowly and carefully move to the north door trying not to make any sound.
Mordecai places his right ear against the door to listen for whats on the other side.

Do we have a plan? Mordecai, did that statue have any inscriptions?

Mordecai, you go down the statue and slowly walk toward the northern door. A bit of noise still comes out from your armour and backpack as you move around. You put your hear to the wood of the door but hear nothing.

No, but i suggest picking one of these doors and going in with elddyn at the head, poking the tiles with his spear to make sure there arent any traps.

((What does Graveshroud see? See my last post)) ((Whoops sorry Andre, missed your last sentence.)) Graveshroud lights a torch to inspect around the statue carefully. In the back, at the base of the idol there is a small inscription. The Hellish brings his face close to it and reads the following to himself: Ter arak am Agarok ~ kas venk as solken enk darken.((Oh and guys, tell me who have the lighting source. Up to now, Elddyn & Graveshroud have a torch. I'll try to remember you when they burn out.))
