You gather yourselves and start walking in the general direction of where the dungeon of Akban is supposed to be located, northwest of Brem. It is a beautiful day. The sun shines down upon you and make the trip rather enjoyable. The landscape is mostly forest hills but you can all easily manage the trip as your are all hardy individuals. As you walk everybody has the time to learn a bit more about each others and what they expect to find in the dungeon. Glory, fame, money, magical artifacts and plenty of ale and whores when you get back to civilization.
After a couple of hours of travel you see a large mound with the ruins of an ancient citadel on top of it. The ruins are quickly explored, almost nothing is left standing. But during your exploration, you stumble upon something strange a hundred meter from the back of the structure. A huge man with an odd appearance and a wicked heavy mace strapped to his back is inspecting the entrance of a cave. He has not noticed you yet.
What do you do?
((Enter Graveshroud!))

(( Can we tell that he is human from here, or does he just look human like? Can he be mistaken to be an Orc or Ogre? Can we see anybody else? Tracks of more than one person? Turghar grabs his spear, but keeps it by his side. Assuming he is human and alone, Turghar shouts in his direction... ))
Hey there stranger, what brings you to these parts?

Graveshroud stands with his back to the calling adventurer. Still as stone, as he peers into the cave he calls back in a very steady, but aggressive tone...
That depends on who is asking.
He listens to hear if he can determine how many of them there are.

Just a team of adventurers passing through. Can we be of assistance?
(( Turghar is still keeping his distance. ))

Mordecai taps Thurgar on the shoulder and whispers:
I dont like the looks of him and I certainly dont like his wise guy attitude. He smells llike trouble to me.

Too big and tall for an orc, not enough for an ogre. You don't see anybody else nor more than his tracks.

Hearing the reply a smile slips from Graveshroud's lips as he slowly turns to see who is calling him. When he sees the group he speaks calmly, but firmly.
Adventurers is it? His smile widens to show his teeth, then he boasts I am a seeker of adventure, that is the reason I am here, but this is meager pickings, rather shite actually. I need a challenge that I can sink my teeth into.
Graveshroud slowly walks towards to adventurers with both arms hanging loosely to his sides.
Would it be that a fearsome group such as your own has an adventure in it's path?

Like I said, we are just passing through. Didn't want to sneak up on you, and you looked like you lost something. Sorry to have disturbed you, we'll be on our way.
Humans look a little funny, but this guy.... I think Mordecai is right.

What's your rush? You have a better place to be right now? I grow tired of this little ruin and seek an adventure, perhaps your group could use an extra weapon and possibly some healing when the time comes.

It's not because we cant trust him that we dont need him.
whispers mordecai.
I could work with him but only on a purely business base.
