((I pay 20 gp. I wouldnt have waited 8 days for just one man since now theyve probably fortified themselves and i cant afford the two hirelings. Il faut battre le fer alors qu'il est encore chaud.))

((Let's get's this thing started for 2014. I recommend you re-read the info from my post on December 18. Don't forget to deduct the gold for your lodging expenses.))
Sir Pelandres scans your table again and adds looking at Krim and Grok'tul "Oh and I see you have two new companions as well. Hail friends, I am Sir Pelandres, Knight of the White Tower of Tashal. I have previously hired Adoven, Beltyne and Rattlehead for an adventure and our partnership lead us to victory, glory and riches! I would be happy to lead this party against the wretched inhabitants of the Caves of Chaos. Same conditions as before, I keep half of the treasures we find and you split the rest between yourselves. So, what do you say?"

Slowly coming to the realisation that he just spent a week burning through his coin purse just to have half of his future treasures taken away, Grok'tul does his best to put on a warm smile... And succeeds about as well as one would expect.
"Well met, m'name 's Grok'tul. I wish fo nothin' more than a brigh' and succesful future betwee' us but errr.... How can I pu' this?..... Don' y' think half's a bit much? We jus' killed a' ogre in there!"

"You killed an ogre?!" Turning toward the assembled patrons "Citizens! These brave adventurers have slain an Ogre! I think they deserve a round of ale!" The patrons burst in cheers and applause and the tavernkeep brings you a free round of ale.
"Grok'tul, asks your friends what is my worth. They will tell you how I faced hordes of lizardmen and how we brought back treasures worth over a thousand gold pieces. Of course you are free to reject my offer but know that it is my price and that I won't budge on it."

Rattlehead
I must admit that he tells the truth .. plus he has a special move; he blinds his enemy with his shiny armor and charge them.

Adoven
(( Adoven thanks Beltyne for the lodging and gives him 10 gp. ))
Better half treasure than no treasure, or dying. I killed Ogre, had to take potion, have no coin left! Sir Pelandres will give me some lessons before we go, and he will lead us, against the bad caves.
Sir Pelandres, my armor broken. Could you help in fixing?
