Keltin frows his big, hairy brows, "Don't get all panicky Fern..., he starts before using his dirty fingernails to try and dislodge an unspeakable thing from in-between his back teeth, "And by the way, weren't you the one saying this guy's tattoos were glowing and he was coming at you with a concealed dagger... Or was it a serpent? No, this time, let the pointy ear do his trick, people trust him. We might end up with a bargain. "
Keltin then scans the room for older people with missing limbs and some kind of intelligence. "I think we need to find a circus person you're not afraid of, Fern. While Kughor and Firali do what they to, you and I will try and find more about this place you talked earlier...", he said before lowering his voice, "The one with the riches and probably magic things."

Look at Firali going ahead and making sure that I don't do any trouble. Always been so protective... He surely is thinking that I'll end up doing the same mistake twice. They don't believe me when I tell them that I didn't know she was so young. I should have noticed that her father was around somewhere. Good thing that my buddy Firali was near...
As Kughor waits for Firali to sit down, he casually start forward the counter. As he approaches it, he keeps an eye on the man's left hand to make sure that he doesn't suddenly take out his weapon. He's not there for trouble but people here seem a little too much "trigger happy" for him.
Hey Mister in black, any chance this stool is free for a fellow dwarf like me?

Balduin takes an iron kettle off the stove and pours down some green tea in Firali's goblet. "So... you fellows are having a nice evening?"
While still talking to the elf, he sees Khugor approaching the man in black. "You and your friends are not going to pester my clientele I hope. If you cause any trouble know that old Balduin Alecson has seen his share of brawls in his poor life and will not hesitate to kick all your sorry arses out of his fine establishment."

The man in black lowers his gaze from his tankard to look at the dwarf beside his stool. "Pfwa! It is been a while since I talked to one of your kind. I thought dwarves never left their mountains cause they were too afraid of the outside world. Or maybe because the beer isn't strong enough. Or maybe because you prefer your women with beard... In any case what do you want?"

Still looking toward the bar, Fern reply to Keltin:
Ok Keltin, let’s do it ... we need more info if we want to go “ you know where”, but let me do the talking, I am better at it and with your face you will scare people aways.
Standing up, Fern look around him to find a good prospect.
(( Does he see somebody ... The one arm man ? ))

Teekan waits for the others to return to the table. I want to sleep and get ready to go. But before leaving, since we are just beside it, I think we should go check the monastery tomorrow morning, see if they have any info on Ak.. you_know_who, and maybe some maps, or floor-plans of his you_know_what.Teekan waits for the others to answer. I'll go talk to Balduin, ask if he knows anyone that would come with us to protect and feed Daisy. Teekan gets up to talk to Balduin.

Firali thanks the barkeep, pays for his drink and ignores the comment about his friends, acting as if he is alone.
He slowly drinks his green tea keeping his attention on his surroundings, listening to everything and using his peripheral vision to keep an eye on Kughor and the man in black.

Ah ah, women with beards... This century old "diversion" still have people talking... If they only knew how our women really looked like. Mmmmm... Good thing we keep them hidden...
Women with beards... They're the best! Kughor replies with a sly grin. You look like a man of adventure. I was curious to hear what a fellow in the likes of you is doing in this small town of Brem. Either you're just passing through in your travels or you're looking for something or someone. Maybe we can help each other?

Teekan is still waiting for the others to return to the table (see his previous post). Until then, he sips at his ale, and looks around to see what the other patrons in the tavern are doing.

((@keltin & Fern))
While they are looking around the room for a mutilated individual, Keltin and Fern see the back room's door open and an middle-aged man, with no legs, hauling himself in a low four-wheeled wooden tray. He passes by each patrons, his head at about their table's height, and puts their empty mugs in his cart. When it's full he goes back toward the back room.
