Three goblins, probably the ones that were playing cards, arrive on the other side of the pit and begin to scream and get more agitated when they realize that they cannot cross to the other side. One of them say something and they all go back in the room out of sight. At about the same time you hear a weird low sound as if someone was pulling a heavy object across a stone surface.
Hilgrim throws a rope to the two unlucky fellows down the pit. Through their combined strength they pull Graveshroud back on the floor. Mordecai will have to wait for the next attempt.
Note: Those who speak goblin or goblinoid languages were able to hear: Let's take the secret passage and catch them from the rear!

Graveshroud tells everyone that the enemy is coming around the rear and tells Popakee and Hilgrim to hold the rope for Mordecai to climb out.
He then grabs his mace and head to the front ((back)) in order to protect against the enemy that is coming, and tells Eddlyn and Turghar to get ready with him.
Damned traps, blast them ALL TO THE SEVEN HELLS!!! Seth, give us strength to crush our enemies.
Graveshroud bears his teeth and scours the area with his eyes, looking for any sign of movement, ready to strike with all of his might.

Hilgrim, keep checking the room as you help Mordecai.
Following Graveshroud's lead, Turghar turns around and prepares himself. He puts down the lantern, and takes his shield out.

((First, who hold the lights? Putting them on the ground shed less light. Popakee must have put his down since he's helping pulling and Turghar just did so with his. So am I right and both light are on the ground?))

((I know he didn't say it precisely since he didn't say anything in time. But if he's helping pull on the rope, that takes two hand.
Anyway with both lights on the ground you can still see to a certain range and there's a bit of light coming from the goblin fire pit and the idol room. It will mainly impact missile attacks (-2 I guess), the range up to where you can see and a -1 at melee. After all there has to be a reason to hire torchbearers.))

You position yourself: Graveshroud and Turghar at the front backed by Elddyn. Popakee and Hilgrim help Mordecai out of the pit. You hear doors opening, scream and war cries from your right through the closed door. You sense that they are almost upon you and that they are a large group. What do you do?((Here is a map of how you are positioned as you pull Mordecai out of the pit (during the "round"). He lands up next to it.)) Attachments:
