The party, in panic, isn't prepared for the two hobgoblins archers that appears on the roof of the tower. The first to act, which is a bit bigger than is comrade, pin Morstad in his left ribs with an arrow. The wound seems close to his heart and he is forced to put a knee to the ground to sustain the pain. The second one aims at Khugor and let the arrow fly. It goes right through the dwarf's right eye with the tip coming out the back of his skull. He falls down in a lump, dead. Firali and Keltin who are surveying the door, see it being heaved out of the way, reinforcements are surely about to come out from the front door but they can't see how many yet.
While backing away, Mimosa lets a sling stone loose but miss wildly one of the archer. Morstad, though severely wounded, manages to grab his crossbow and target the foe that attacked him but his bolt ricochet on the stone cornice. Teekan grabs a pint of oil from Daisy the war mule and instructs Hilgrim to flee as fast as he can (which he promptly obey). Fern, decides to run as far as possible from the watchtower while eyeing the situation, trying to decides if it's time to unleash the might of his arcane power.
Please state your intentions.
Mechanics: Initiative: Party 3 Monsters 4 Hobgoblin shoots Morstad 17 (Hit), 2 damage Hobgoblin shoots Khugor 20 (Critical Hit), 4 damage (2 * 2), Khugor dies Mimosa shoots hobgoblin 9 (miss) Morstad shoots hobgoblin 8 (miss)

Teekan wants to light the torch and set the "door" on fire, but if he judges that he won't have time to do this before the enemies remove the barricade and exit, he will drop the torch and oil. Whether he is successful in torching the door or not, his next action would be to move away from the entrance while slipping his bow off his shoulder so that at the end of his move he will be ready to shoot at the closet enemy with ranged weapon (the hobgoblins on the tower?).

Firali stands his ground beside Teekan in order to protect him. All the while he is thinking...
Bloody fools, I told them that this "job" was not a good idea. If our friends die, they should die honorably and with a real goal. This goblin hunt is great folly and I fear more than Khugor will fall today.

Keltin shouts, "We need to kill those bastards that are shooting us down!", and takes a couple of pace back, drops shield and warhammer near him, takes his bow and arrow and shoots the fucker (he hurt my main man Kughor) who shot the dwarf.
Just before he shoots, he adds, "We'll worry about the door when it comes open, they won't be so brave if their friends on top die!"

Firali looks towards Keltin and says...
Excellent idea! I wish I had a range weapon.
Stepping up against the battlements with his back to the wall, to avoid being shot with arrows, Firali looks up to make sure no surprises land on him and loudly exclaims...
Where in the 7 hells is our Magic User and his bloody spell?!?!?!

((Mario can't post till midnight so he told me to post on his behalf.))
Fern yells to the others to prepare themselves for what's coming out of the tower, saying he will take care of the two archers by himself. He then starts a mystical incantation and points glowing fingers toward the two hobgoblins.

((Oh Andre, is Firali protecting Teekan while he lights up his torch? Or is he protecting himself by standing under the battlements?))

Firali stands with his back to the battlments near Teekan. This way he can protect himself from arrows, but can still protect Teekan.
